What is the meaning of Éclat?
Éclat means “ceremonial elegance”, “grandeur”, and “magnificence”. These are all adjectives that we use to describe the dishes prepared for our clients tasting pleasure.
Do you only cook or cater tapas and other small dishes or appetizers?
No, “Tapas” describes our signature dishes for a spin on food variations for different events but we cook other entrées, salads, desserts and appetizers. Éclat Tapas does full service catering for events ranging from small sizes to larger events ranging up to 250 people.
Do you deliver? If so, where?
Yes, we deliver to the Chicago downtown area and the surrounding suburbs.
